Mrs. Brown is a registered nurse with 19 years of clinical experience in a variety of healthcare settings. She has experience instructing college and high school level nursing courses. She has gained experience in different settings throughout her career: academic, urgent/primary care, acute, in-patient, and as a healthcare coordinator. 

In the classroom, Mrs. Brown employs various teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience. One particularly effective approach is the "flipped classroom" method, which cultivates a deeper understanding of concepts by encouraging collaborative learning in a student-centered environment. Active participation in the skills' lab, Kahoot and Quizlet exercises, and class projects are implemented to emphasize teamwork.
